In some circumstances, your order must be signed for. This is mainly for international deliveries, however, larger orders will have to be signed for by the recipient.

The steps are as follows in this unfortunate event:

  1. Please contact us within 14 days.
  2. Please take detailed photographic or video evidence of the damage.
  3. We will contact you and tell you where to send the damaged package.
  4. Send the item back to us second class signed delivery with Royal Mail.
  5. Once the item has been received we will send you a full refund or a replacement.

Whenever you purchase from us, your bank statement will say Bee-Natural International (int).

Your delivery charges depend on where you want your parcel to be delivered to. In our checkout area, this will be displayed whenever you give us your address.

Absolutely not.  Under no circumstances will we share your information with any other third party, unless the have authorisation to get this information under GDPR policies.

If you want to cancel an order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact us via chat, or contact us page.
  2. Submit your name, address & Order number.
  3. We will issue a refund if your item is not dispatched yet.
  4. If you order has been dispatched, please send the item back to us, we will provide a return address for you. However, the cost of the return will be your responsibility.

The return process is easy.

  • Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
  • Your item must be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • We will send you our returns address via chat or email.
  • You must keep and send us proof of delivery, 2nd class signed for with Royal Mail.
  • Once we receive the item we will check the package and issue a refund, or send you a new item.
  • Any differences in price will be credited back to you via the original payment method you chose. Or if the replacement item is more expensive, we will send you a PayPal invoice requesting additional payment.

There are two ways to do this:

  1. Click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of one of the emails we have sent you.
  2. Contact us on our website, and we will do it for you manually.

The process is very simple:

  1. Visit a product page.
  2. Add item to your basket by selecting the add to basket button. Or select options first, then add to basket.
  3. Once items are in your basket you can view your basket by viewing your cart at the top of your screen.
  4. Press the checkout button.
  5. On the checkout page, enter all of your details by filling out the fields provided.
  6. Accept our terms and conditions by checking the accept terms and conditions box.
  7. Choose your payment option. PayPal or direct bank transfer. PayPal will send you to the PayPal website, and the direct bank transfer option will display our bank account information, so you can set up a Payee with your bank and pay us. Once we receive payment your goods will be shipped.
  8. Note: If you choose PayPal you can sign in to your PayPal screen on the next page to make the payment. You don’t need to have a PayPal account, you can use your debit or credit on the Paypal website.
  9. Your order will be complete and you will receive a confirmation email from us.

Coupon codes can be used by entering the code in the coupon code box at the checkout area. Once you have submitted this code, you will then be told if the coupon is valid. You will see your price change in the checkout area.
